Alexandre Guiard

Alexandre Guiard has been named senior vice president, business solutions for the Americas with Dematic.

It marks a return to Dematic for Guiard who previously led the Americas Project Execution team at Dematic before joining VALEO’s Brain Division Group in Japan, where he was later appointed as national president for VALEO Japan and ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations). 

Earlier in his career, Guiard held leadership roles at KPS Capital Partners, Faurecia Automotive Seating, and VALEO Thermal Business Group.

“Returning to Dematic is an opportunity to work with the people shaping the future of the supply chain,” says Guiard. “I look forward to building on both my global experience and deep familiarity with Dematic in this new role to enhance operational performance and drive growth for us and our customers.”

Alyssa Stephens

Big Joe Forklifts - United States

Alyssa Stephens has been promoted by Big Joe Forklifts from the position of senior manager, marketing & lead generation, to the role of director of marketing.

“It’s an honor to lead our brand into its next chapter by driving bold strategies, elevating our presence, and creating meaningful connections in the material handling industry,” Stephens writes in a LinkedIn post.

“I’m so grateful for the incredible team and mentors who’ve supported me along the way. The best is yet to come!”

Stephens started with Big Joe Forklifts in October 2023, having previously worked with forklift AI and telematics company Motion2AI.

Martin Lachance

Heli Canada - Canada

Martin Lachance has been named as the managing director of Heli Canada, the Canadian division of Chinese forklift giant, Heli.

Lachance has been with Heli Canada since January this year.

He was previously with Canadian materials handling company Liftow Limited for more than nine years, where he served as after-sales service manager based in Quebec.
