Claire Grossmann has been elected to the role of Secretary General of the FEM - European Materials Handling Federation. She replaces Olivier Janin who has held the role of acting secretary general for the last year.
Grossmann has served on the leadership team of the FEM since early 2022 when she took on the role of secretary general intralogistic systems product group.
“Thank you to the members for your trust, and warm thanks to colleagues for their support,” Grossmann writes in a LinkedIn post. “I look forward to continuing our collaboration and ensuring the voice of our sector is heard.”
FEM president Frank van Dijck says: “On behalf of FEM, I thank Olivier Janin for his outstanding leadership and tireless commitment to our Federation”.

Michael McSpedon has been named as the new chief revenue officer with Corvus Robotics.
McSpedon has almost 30 years’ experience working in sales and leadership positions across largely tech and robotics companies.
“Mike joins us at a pivotal moment as Corvus moves from early deployments to broad enterprise adoption,” the company states.
"Customers are rolling out larger Corvus One fleets, onboarding faster, and expanding programs based on proven operational results.
“As CRO, Mike will focus on scaling our go to market execution to meet growing demand, strengthening enterprise partnerships, and ensuring customers continue to see measurable impact.”
McSpedon, who will be based at Corvus Robotics San Francisco office, says he is excited to join the team.

Minna Aila
Konecranes has announced Minna Aila, its executive vice president for corporate affairs and brand, left the Konecranes leadership team December 31, 2025 to pursue her career outside of the company.
Konecranes says it will not recruit a successor for Aila’s role with the duties to be transferred to other members of the leadership team.
“I would like to warmly thank Minna for her contribution to building Konecranes’ brand image and external relations with our many stakeholders and wish her all the best in her future endeavours,” says president and CEO Marko Tulokas.
