Guests enjoy sake at the opening of Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe's HQMitsubishi Logisnext Europe (MLE) has opened its new European headquarters in Almere, the Netherlands.
President Kazumasa Saito says the opening of the new headquarters reflects Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe’s commitment to innovation, sustainability and partnership with the city.
The opening was marked with the Kagami Biraki, a ceremonial opening of a sake barrel, symbolising “a fresh start and shared good fortune”, in line with Japanese tradition, the company states.
“Sharing this tradition together was the perfect way to launch our next chapter,” the company continues.
Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe is a subsidiary of Japanese parent company Mitsubishi Logisnext. Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe has two factories in Europe (Finaland and Spain) and works with other group manufacturing facilities and partners producing Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks, Cat Lift Trucks, TCM and Rocla materials handling equipment for their territory.
