MHEFI is supporting 73 this academic yearThe Material Handling Education Foundation, Inc (MHEFI) has awarded a record USD312,300 in scholarships for the 2026-27 academic year, to 73 students across the US who intend to pursue careers in the materials handling sector.
“As the largest scholarship total in the organisation's history, this record reflects MHEFI's enduring investment in the future leaders of the material handling industry,” the non-profit body and arm of the MHI, states.
The scholarships have been awarded to full-time undergraduate students pursuing studies in materials handling, logistics, and/or supply chain management.
In order to qualify for the scholarships, recipients were required to maintain at least a “B” average in their major.
Scholarships ranging from USD1,500 to USD6,000 were awarded to students across the US from North Dakota to South Carolina and must be applied toward tuition, fees, or textbooks related to the students’ academic programs.
The MHEFI was founded in 1976 and has supported more than 1,500 students and educators since then to undertake their studies.
