Warehouse No.1 uses a two-way shuttle system coordinated by Linde’s E’tricc dispatching system. Two-way shuttles work with Linde stacking and handling robots to complete handling tasks intelligently. With intelligent scheduling and automatic charging, the system supports 24-hour unmanned operation.
Warehouse No.2 adopts a four-way shuttle system. Shuttles move flexibly in horizontal and vertical directions, performing cross-aisle operation and accurate inbound and outbound tasks as instructed, maximizing space utilization and increasing warehouse capacity.
Linde also provided MyMA full-stack application software integrating WMS, WCS and WES modules. It monitors real-time data including cargo location, quantity and storage time, communicates with production lines dynamically, and implements automatic FIFO sorting to realize accurate tracking and automated inbound and outbound management of semi-finished and finished goods.
