Lift Equipt is introducing Bobcat's BNT Series to Australia

Lift Equipt, Bobcat forklifts exclusive dealer in Australia, has released the BNT Series, a purpose-built, compact lithium-ion 3-wheel forklift range which has been engineered for Australian warehouse and logistics environments.

Bobcat launched the BNT Series at LogiMAT 2025 in Germany with product manager Jan Droogendijk, telling Forkliftaction News at the time, the move to Li-ion battery power is the biggest shift currently facing the market.

The BNT Series has load capacities between 1.6T and 2T and has been designed for medium-duty applications.

“The defining feature of the BNT Series is its compact design,” writes Tim Worcester, national sales and dealer manager with Lift Equipt, in a piece on LinkedIn.

“The reduced wheelbase and 3-wheel configuration deliver exceptional agility in tight aisles and congested layouts. With a tight turning radius and optimised wheelbase geometry, the BNT can comfortably operate in narrow racking systems, restricted picking zones and inside shipping containers where larger forklifts lose efficiency.”

The BNT Series is powered by advanced LFP lithium-ion technology and can achieve full charge in two to three hours, while the integrated battery management system ensures reliable operation, including in cold storage and freezer applications.

“Australian warehouses are under pressure to maximise every square metre, and this machine delivers the reduced wheelbase and tight turning capability needed to operate efficiently in restricted spaces,” Worcester continues. “It gives customers a genuine compact solution backed by lithium-ion simplicity and national support.”
