Jungheinrich Malaysia launches new innovation hubJungheinrich Malaysia has launched the Jungheinrich Innovation Hub North, describing its as a strategic expansion which reinforces the company’s commitment to the local market.
The hub is located in Penang, where Jungheinrich Malaysia has had a sales and customer service team managing its presence in northern Malaysia since 2015.
It has been designed as an integrated facility with a dedicated showroom and on-site spare parts setup, enabling customers the opportunity to experience Jungheinrich’s solutions first-hand.
“The introduction of the Innovation Hub North marks a significant step in strengthening the company’s nationwide presence, while supporting the continued growth and economic importance of Penang as a key industrial and logistics hub,” Jungheinrich Malaysia states.
“The enhanced spare parts capability supports faster turnaround times and first-time fix efficiency, helping businesses minimise downtime and maintain seamless operations.”
Jungheinrich Malaysia is headquartered in the west central region of Shah Alam, Selangor.
The business says the innovation hub complements its broader support network in Malaysia, including its close proximity to the regional training and spare parts centre in Singapore.
“The Innovation Hub North reflects [our] ongoing commitment — bringing the company closer to its customers while supporting their growth in an increasingly dynamic market,” Jungheinrich Malaysia states.
