Hyster-Yale reports 2025 revenue drop of 13%

In this week’s Forkliftaction News, Hyster-Yale has reported a 13% reduction in revenues for 2025 while KION Group reports a revenue dip of 1.8%, with macro-economic and geo-political tensions named as partly accountable for the falls. Both companies, however, remain positive about the outlook for 2026.

We look at what German equipment maker Jungheinrich launched onto the market last week, including three electric counterbalance forklifts, a reach truck and its move into autonomous solutions for high-lift applications with a mobile robot.

The bellwether Logistics Managers’ Index shows continued growth in the US sector and a port in Antwerp has accepted its largest ship-to-shore cranes to date.
