Hangcha says it navigated 2025 wellChinese equipment maker Hangcha, says it is one step closer to becoming the world’s strongest forklift enterprise, as it reports a 5.9% year-on-year (y-o-y) increase in revenue in 2025 worth USD2.48 billion, with overseas revenue growing 10.97% y-o-y to USD1.08 billion.
Releasing its 2025 Annual Report recently, Hangcha recorded a net profit for the year of USD310 million, an increase of 8.87% y-o-y, while sales volumes jumped 19.41% y-o-y in the year to 334,360 units.
Overseas sales units exceeded 120,000 units Hangcha states, an increase of 27% y-o-y, with electric-powered units accounting for more than 77% of exports.
In addition to its financial figures, Hangcha says it opened seven overseas subsidiaries in 2025 to keep up with demand and has plans to open a Thai manufacturing base in Q2 this year.
Hangcha adds its acquisition of Guozi Robotics in July 2025, “brought world-class algorithm talent into our group, lifting our combined AGV/AMR business to nearly RMB 1 billion (est.USD 140 million) in revenue”.
Hangcha says of its 2025 results: “2025 tested the whole industry, but we navigated it well”.
“Amid global economic uncertainties and intensifying industry competition, Hangcha delivered steady growth through innovation, global expansion, and industrial upgrading, which reinforces its leadership in the industrial vehicle sector.”
The equipment maker launched more than 60 new products and technologies through 2025, including its XH Series rough terrain telehandler, the 2T EZGO Mini Pallet AMR and the X1 Series Logistics Humanoid Robot, a 22-joint bionic arm system with ±0.1mm handling precision.
“We now operate 20-plus subsidiaries and are pleased to see the opening of Hangcha Indonesia, Hangcha Europe Rental & Sales, Hangcha Vietnam, Hangcha Malaysia, Hangcha America Smart Logistics, Hangcha Japan, and Hangcha Middle East in 2025,” the company states. “Alongside 300-plus distributors worldwide.
“Beside these, our Shiqiao Innovation Park focus on overseas business and intelligent solutions was put into use in January, 2026, and our Thailand manufacturing base will open in Q2 2026 and begin production.
“Our 2026 priorities are clear: advance our new-energy roadmap, commercialise our robotics portfolio, deepen overseas localisation, and grow after-market services.
“We have long held the ambition to become the world's strongest forklift enterprise, and what we accomplished in 2025 brings that ambition measurably closer.”
