Local officials joined in the opening ceremonyChinese manufacturer Hangcha has launched an Australian subsidiary, Hangcha Australia, following on from similar operations in Europe, South East Asia, the United States, Canada, the Netherlands and Mexico.
The company has set up headquarters in Melbourne’s Dandenong South industrial area on a 4,900 sqm site which includes a 3,100 sqm warehouse.
The launch was attended by local officials and more than 20 dealers, who heard Leon Luo, general manager of Hangcha Australia, explain that the establishment of the local subsidiary aims to provide better products, technical services and spare parts to the Australian market.
“Customer satisfaction is always our first mission,” he said.
