Two cameras, optimal visibility with or without a load
The Easy-FORK configuration for the MEYER 2/1 Multiple Pallet Handler combines two camera views displayed on a single in-cab monitor:
- a front camera, centrally mounted on the attachment, and
- a fork tip camera, fully integrated into the fork tip.
This setup provides unobstructed visibility both with and without a load on the forks, supporting safer and smoother pallet entry, storage and trailer loading operations.
Front camera (120° viewing angle)
The front camera captures the fork tips and the center of the pallet fork pockets, supporting the driver in limited visibility situations, such as unloading operations with forklifts with elevated cabs, conveyor-belt handling and high lifting heights, while maintaining an ergonomic seating position.
Fork tip camera (52° viewing angle)
The tip camera provides a complete forward view even with loads on the forks, offering optimal visual support for warehouse applications, pallet storage in racking systems and trailer loading.
The tip integrated camera gives the operator a clear frontal view, even during the most delicate operations.
Automatic image switching: one monitor, full focus
A key advantage is the automatic switching mechanism between the two camera views, displayed on one single monitor in the operator’s cab. A sensor positioned at a defined distance from the fork tip switches the displayed image depending on the loading situation: when approaching and picking up the pallet the monitor initially shows the front camera; if the sensor becomes covered while entering the pallet, the image switches to the fork tip camera, and vice versa.
This eliminates the need for a second monitor and avoids split-screen solutions with reduced display size, helping the operator stay fully focused on the manoeuvre.

The Easy-FORK Vision Systems components are engineered for clear visibility and reliable performance even in demanding conditions. The system features robust, high-quality cameras with IP69K protection and solutions designed for cold storage applications thanks to an integrated defogging system.
- The front color camera includes 6 IR LEDs to ensure visibility even in dimly lit environments.
- The fork tip camera is a robust IR camera with three LEDs, fully integrated into the fork tip, with the connection cable running protected inside the fork tine.
- Images are displayed on a high-resolution 7’’ TFT LCD monitor (16:9), with metallic RAM support and 5 language display selection, designed to operate from -30°C to +70°C. The system is powered by the forklift battery and is available with wireless or wired connection between camera and monitor.
