As lithium-ion power moves from an alternative to the standard for equipment in material handling and other market verticals, I am incredibly proud of how Green Cubes Technology is closing out 2025. We achieved strong double-digit growth and invested in a record number of product launches and backward compatible service upgrades for our customers' installed base. The company is driven by disciplined operations with consistent execution, and an unwavering commitment to customer support. That focus, along with continued investment in our people, positions us well for another year of growth as demand for lithium solutions accelerates in 2026.

The conversations around power have evolved; customers are no longer asking if lithium makes sense, they are asking who they can rely on for long-term performance, service and support. Durability over the life of the power system matters more than ever.  It all starts with exceptional quality and reliable service support. As we approach Green Cubes’ 40th year in business, our priorities for 2026 remain clear; we will continue to stay close to our customers, work proactively to understand applications and respond quickly to emergent opportunities and challenges.  Our product roadmap will continue to be fed from real world insights that ensure further productivity and Return on Investment excellence for our customers.

While environmental benefits and electrification incentives still influence decision making, total cost of ownership is what ultimately drives adoption. This is where lithium continues to prove its value. Long cycle life, lower maintenance requirements, opportunity charging and improved fleet efficiency all contribute to meaningful reductions in operating costs. Customers also gain space back in their facilities by eliminating battery rooms and reducing the number of batteries required per truck. Less maintenance, fewer changeouts and better uptime translate into real operational advantages.

None of this works without discipline behind the scenes. We maintain strict standards around safety, quality and manufacturing. In 2025 we achieved over 20% manufacturing cycle time reduction using Lean Six Sigma principles and aligned processes that start with understanding customer application requirements and end with an on-time delivery. We are proud of our US domestic manufacturing in Kokomo, Indiana which enables us to stay close to our key North America customer base. This facility continues to serve as a hub for production and innovation, supported by supply chain and technology teams in Switzerland, India, Malaysia and Taiwan. This global structure helps us maintain stability across the supply chain, deliver robust and rapid product development with excellence cost controls even as economic conditions fluctuate.

With our healthy and mature 40-year-old business we will continue supporting our industry-leading base with life extension upgrades and service. All while investing in talent and growing in verticals, such as material handling, where lithium adoption is increasing double digits for the foreseeable future. Our strong US domestic foundation is coupled with a passionate team laser-focused on quality, service and performance.

I am confident in where Green Cubes Technology is headed in 2026 and beyond, pushing lithium power forward in material handling.
