Strengthen Global Production Through Indonesia Factory

The establishment of the Indonesia factory marked a major milestone for ROYPOW in 2025, forming a key part of its global production strategy. Designed with a focus on efficiency and quality, the factory strengthens regional market support, enhances supply chain resilience, reduces lead times, and enables faster responses to growing global demand for premium lithium batteries and motive systems. 

Build Stronger Global-Local Synergy

In 2025, ROYPOW established new subsidiaries in Iraq and Brazil, bringing the worldwide network to seventeen locations and deepening its localized service presence worldwide. The Shanghai UltraDrive subsidiary advances motor and controller technologies, reinforcing ROYPOW’s integrated capabilities across batteries, motors, controllers, and chargers, while delivering turnkey electrification solutions for forklifts and various commercial, construction, and specialty vehicles. The Australia team relocated to a new facility in September, significantly enhancing local service and support capabilities, and the UK team followed with a move to its new site in November. Meanwhile, the Netherlands team hosted multiple technical and product training events, deepening regional expertise and customer support.

Expand Reach in Global Markets

This year, ROYPOW continued expanding its presence worldwide. Lithium forklift batteries achieved strong adoption in Europe, including Hungary, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, and Croatia, and in Latin America, with notable growth in Chile, Paraguay, Panama, and Mexico. Southeast Asia saw major projects in Thailand, while the UK, Australia, Korea, and Japan received positive recognition. By empowering operators across diverse regions, ROYPOW helped support the transition from lead-acid to lithium, enhancing operational efficiency, profitability, and long-term sustainability. 

Drive Growth Through Strengthened Partnerships

In 2025, ROYPOW reinforced its position as a global leader in material-handling lithium batteries by strengthening partnerships in strategic markets. A strategic cooperation was established with a top global forklift manufacturer to supply batteries from 24V to 80V, now approved as factory-fit solutions for its European production lines. Komatsu secured exclusive distribution for Carer in Australia, and lithium solutions for the Carer R50H2 and A70-80X models were jointly developed with ROYPOW. An exclusive forklift battery partnership in Vietnam reached over 100 units sold by November, while a major new customer in Ghana placed initial orders exceeding USD 400,000.

Advance Operational Excellence with Reliable Solutions

This year, ROYPOW provided operators with forklift battery solutions delivering performance, safety, reliability, and cost efficiency. In February, it received the world’s first TÜV SÜD “EU New Battery Regulation (EU 2023/1542)” industrial battery certification, confirming compliance with Europe’s stringent safety and regulatory standards. In October, ROYPOW received the UL 2580 Witness Test Data Program (WTDP) qualification, significantly shortening the certification cycle for ROYPOW forklift batteries and enhancing its market responsiveness and product iteration efficiency. 

ROYPOW 4G modules were recognized for helping reduce maintenance costs with remote diagnostics. Low-voltage forklift batteries also expanded into new applications such as ice-making machines and AGVs, supporting enhanced uptime and lower operating costs. 

Additionally, ROYPOW launched explosion-proof and air-cooled batteries and forklift battery chargers. The former ensured safe, uninterrupted operations under extreme conditions, while the latter gained strong adoption in South America and Southeast Asia for efficient charging and cost effectiveness. The new SKD forklift battery solutions further expanded flexibility for regional partners, enabling localized assembly, reducing logistics costs, and accelerating delivery to meet diverse market needs.

From ensuring ice-making equipment ran reliably through Qingdao’s extreme winters to working overtime in Indonesia, ROYPOW teams consistently demonstrated their commitment in every region. They responded quickly and solved problems on-site with unwavering focus in countries such as Korea, France, Italy, Spain, Malaysia, and Thailand. Across continents and seasons, their dedication, expertise, and perseverance ensured customers stayed powered, anytime, anywhere.
