Materials handling equipment maker Crown Equipment, has recognised the top performers in its North American retail sales and service network with the James F Dicke Pioneer, Summit and Ascent awards.

The awards honour independent dealers and Crown Lift Trucks retail locations for exceptional performance, customer commitment and contributions to Crown’s continued growth. 

Crown explains the James F Dicke Pioneer Award and the Summit Award are presented each year to the top dealer and Crown Lift Trucks location, and honours operations which have led the way in performance and achievement. 

NorthWest Handling Systems in Seattle and the Crown Lift Trucks sales and service operation in Pittsburgh, were named the 2026 award recipients.

“Recognising these award winners is one of the most meaningful parts of the year because they represent the best of Crown’s retail network,” says Jim Mozer, senior vice president, Crown Equipment. 

Crown also presented Summit Awards to Action Lift in Pennsylvania; Lift Inc Mountville, Pennsylvania; Hugg & Hall Equipment, Little Rock, Arkansas; and Crown Lift Trucks locations in Dayton and Columbus/New Albany, Ohio and in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Those earning Ascent Awards include Material Handling Supply, Pennsauken, New Jersey; Maybury Material Handling, East Longmeadow, Massachusetts; NorthWest Handling Systems, Portland, Oregon; OMNILIFT, Warminster, Pennsylvania; and Crown Lift Trucks locations in Portland, Maine; Salt Lake City, Utah; Boise, Idaho; Belleville, Ontario; Sacramento, California; Tampa, Florida; and Reno, Nevada.
