Clark has launched a new range of six electric high-lift pallet trucks with load capacities ranging from 1,200kg to 1,600kg.

The range is made up of five manoeuvrable walk-behind models and a variant with a fold-out driver’s platform for longer transport distances.

The latter, the RSE16, is the range’s flagship model which ensures a high level of operator comfort with an optimally cushioned operator platform and a low step height of 175 mm, effectively minimising vibrations and making it easier to get on and off, Clark states.

A proportional hydraulic system ensures lifting and lowering movements are carried out with precision, enabling loads to be positioned with centimetre accuracy.

The walk-behind models include the entry-level model, the manoeuvrable BST12E high-lift truck which has a load capacity of 1,200 kg and is suitable for light, occasional stacking and transport tasks. 

With a compact design and small turning radius, it can be manoeuvred safely including in confined spaces, while its slim design ensures good visibility of the load and fork tines.

The range also includes the BST12 and BST12i walk-behind high-lift trucks, designed for daily use in warehouses, production facilities and goods distribution centres, and suitable for precise work in confined spaces. 

The BST12 is optimised for standard pallet transport and delicate storage and retrieval processes, while the BST12i features an initial lift. This increases ground clearance for safe navigation of ramps and uneven floors and enables double-deck transport of two pallets – boosting throughput – with a total load capacity of up to 1,200 kg. 

Clark says the compact dimensions of both models guarantee the operator an excellent view of the forks and load.

The final two models in the new range are the WSE16 and WSE16i high-lift forklifts designed for demanding industrial applications and high handling capacity. 

Clark states the vehicles offer fast work cycles, precise manoeuvrability and lift heights ranging from 2,500 mm to 56,00 mm, making them suitable for a wide range of applications in warehousing, production and logistics. 

The standard mast configurations up to 3,500 mm come with full free lift as standard, allowing the load to be raised without altering the truck’s overall height.

The WSE16 is optimised for standard storage and retrieval processes and the WSE16i offers greater ground clearance on ramps thanks to its initial lift and allows for the double-deck transport of two pallets simultaneously, Clark adds.

All models in the new series are powered by lithium-ion technology and fitted with proportional lift as standard, enabling sensitive lifting and lowering of loads.
