Genie releases new telehandlerGenie releases 6.8T telehandler
Washington DC, United States
Washington-headquartered equipment producer Genie has introduced the GTH-1544 pick-and-carry telehandler, an expansion of its 44 ft. (13.5m) range.
The GTH-1544 has a maximum lift capacity of 15,000 lbs. (6.8T), features 360-degree visibility and enhanced mobility and has been designed for high-capacity, heavy material movement across large sites, and infrastructure projects.
Lift capacity at maximum height is 10,000 lbs. (4.5kg) while lift capacity at maximum reach is 3,500 lbs. (1.6kg).
The application-driven telehandler does not need stabilisers as it is optimised for horizontal material transport instead of reach.
It is powered by a 12V diesel battery.
Genie specialises in material lifts, portable aerial work platforms, scissor lifts, and self-propelled telescopic and articulated booms to help elevate your work.
Genie states the GTH-1544 costs as much as 15% less to own and maintain than other telehandlers which are larger and high-reaching.
