Wisconsin-headquartered Big Joe Forklifts has launched its WS25-40 high performance lithium-ion walkie straddle stacker, which has been designed to maximise productivity in tight warehouse aisles and busy production environments.

The WS25-40 has capacities ranging from 2,500 lbs. (1.13T) to 4,000 lbs. (1.8T), is described as compact for improved manoeuvrability in confined spaces and features fully proportional controls for load handling and adjustable fast lift and lower speeds.

Powered by a Lithium-ion battery with an onboard charger, the WS25-40 supports opportunity charging, while a cable charger plugs int a standard 120V wall outlet.

Three performance modes are available through the truck display, and finer adjustments are available to tailor the truck’s performance and controls to meet customer needs.

The straddle legs can be adjusted for various pallet sizes, while the mast design and placement of lift chains behind the upright channels create a wider visibility window for operators.
