Independent Canadian forklift and accessory hire and sales business All-Lift, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, while Ohio-based Valley Industrial Trucks (VIT) is marking its 70th anniversary.

CEO Greg Bennett, writing on LinkedIn, says he and brother Jeff - a managing partner of Ontario-headquartered All-Lift - have been very fortunate to “be given the opportunity to build on what our father and mother started back in 1976”.

Founder Al Bennett opened All-Lift after working as a mechanic for another forklift company where he found out his employer had one-ply toilet paper for mechanics and two-ply for office staff - you can find the story here.

“We're so very proud of our team, it's been an incredible journey and we give thanks to everyone that is and was part of it, the customers, the suppliers and our team,” Greg Bennett continues.

Meanwhile, Valley Industrial Trucks (VIT), which services Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, is marking its 70th anniversary of providing forklifts, aerial lifts, attachments and warehouse solutions. 

VIT stocks a number of leading brands including BYD, JLG, Genie, Bolzoni Auramo and has been an authorised Clark dealer for all of its 70 years.

In recognition of outstanding performance in 2025, VIT has been honoured with the Clark Masters Award, placing it among the Top 5 Clark dealers in North America and positioning VIT as a finalist for the Clark Dealer of the Year.
