2025 was an incredibly exciting year for us at Castle Equipment Company – and we carry that same excitement in to 2026. If you’ve met us, you’ll know Castle Equipment Company was founded with a commitment produce quality, innovating products with a customer-focused attitude. We delivered on that commitment in 2025 with pivotal growth marked by breakthroughs and bold network expansions. This year not only solidified our position as an up-and-coming player in the market, but set the stage for greater advancements in 2026.

We’re honored to highlight the accomplishments that define our success and prove our dedication to excellence through real-world strategy.

Sales Growth and Network Expansion

Realizing over 50% growth in new equipment sales over 2024; we don’t think this is just a number—we see it as a testament to the resilience and adaptability of our team. What started as targeted key-market expansion evolved into broad dealer network growth where we found opportunity to bring Castle products to many new regions across North America. Our growing sales team, which expanded significantly in 2025 allowed Castle to realize opportunities in untapped markets and networks. The knowledge, experience, and ambition of the team forged relationships with dealers and users from small businesses to multi-national giants. Our expanding dealer network drove growth and did what it does best: serve the customer. This strategic push not only boosted immediate sales but laid a foundation for sustainable revenue going forward. As a result, Castle products—built with quality and real-world innovation—have become a top choice not only in tough market-standard lifts, but within complex industries navigating the Lithium transformation. Looking back, our growth trajectory reflects our core philosophy: commitment to innovation, quality, and a customer-first attitude.

Launching Revolutionary Technology: Heavy-Duty Lithium

Innovation has always been at the heart of Castle Equipment Company, and 2025 saw a game-changing advancement that captured the industry's attention. At PROMAT25 expo in Chicago, along with the best in the industry, Castle launched breakthrough Heavy-Duty Lithium technology in the U.S. The Heavy-Duty Lithium cutting-edge battery system represents forward-thinking real-world innovation that has revolutionized Lithium forklift performance, reliability, and adaptability. The tech features extended runtimes with lightning-fast charging, durability, and superior efficiency compared to IC and lead-acid alternatives. We say, from sub-zero to steel mill conditions, Castle Heavy-Duty Lithium line is built to exceed anywhere.

At PROMAT, our Heavy-Duty Lithium trucks showcased our technology while teams shared what Castle is all about: helping you do business better. The launch was pivotal, positioning Castle as a U.S.-based pioneer in Lithium tech.

Manufacturing in West Tennessee

In a move that underscores our commitment to American resilience, Castle made major strides in 2025 toward establishing U.S.-based production. As part of a long-awaited goal, we expect to begin majority production of our flagship forklift models to West Tennessee, a region poised for industrial and technological growth. This initiative involves significant investments in facilities, workforce, and supply chain localization. Castle aims to produce successful prototyping and initial assembly runs by mid-year 2026. Domestic production stems from our American Owners mindset, a vision to enhance supply chain resilience, closely oversee manufacturing, and support local communities. This shift will not only reduce lead times, but align with national priorities for onshoring critical industries. We're proud to contribute to a stronger U.S. manufacturing base, and our progress in 2025 has been a source of inspiration for our entire team.

Projecting for 2026 and Beyond

Building on the momentum of 2025, Castle Equipment Company is optimistic about the future – our forecasting is grounded in proven strategies and emerging market opportunities. Central to this outlook is the continued expansion of the dealer network through a sales team that plans to add specialized roles focused on fostering growth while strengthening existing relationships.

We anticipate the U.S. market will favor Castle’s technology, particularly the Heavy-Duty Lithium systems and American-made models. Factors like labor, electric tech, and industry booms like U.S. steel manufacturing and e-commerce drive demand for efficient and reliable purpose-built equipment. Our dealer network will play a crucial role in capitalizing on these trends and ensuring broader accessibility and personalized solutions.

To conclude, 2025 has been transformative for Castle Equipment Company. These accomplishments reflect the dedication of our employees, the trust of our dealer-partners, and the needs of our customers. As we enter 2026, we're more excited than ever to continue pushing boundaries with focus on American-made quality, real-world innovation, and exceptional customer service. Castle doesn’t just keep pace with the industry—we’re leading a better industry – a better forklift experience. For more information visit https://castleequip.com/.
