I have been in the Material Handling Industry for 30 years. I have worked in all departments in the Industry but my area of expertise is in Parts and Service. I have also worked as a Product Support Salesman and Inventory control. I have learned that all departments depend on each other in day to day business. I started out as a Service Parts handler and progressed to store management. I have always strived to lower direct expenses and increase Gross Profit. Have worked in union and non union environments
And have had direct reports of up to 35 people. At one time managed 2 store operations. Have conducted annual and semi annual reviews. Over the past 20 years I have had P&L responsibility and used this to make decisions on personal levels and Inventory levels.

I also have worked and assisted in the sales end of the industry.
