Description
We're seeking a Regional Sales Manager EMEA to boost revenue generation with a major focus on new customer acquisition - "Hunter". Specifically, bringing in new customers (equipment dealers or new dealer branches, rental companies and end-customers throughout EMEA) while working in very close collaboration with our Client Experience and Technical Account Management teams - "Farmer". Besides building and converting your own set of (key) accounts, you will coordinate and rely on dedicated GemOne Business Development Managers as well as the TVH Sales network to reach regional goals.

In this role, we seek an individual who possesses outstanding organizational and hunting sales management skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands GemOne solutions, what problems they resolve and what value they provide clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and lead the "Hunt" for new customers to increase our market presence in your assigned region in a hands-on and pragmatic manner.


- Coordinate and steer dedicated GemOne Business Development Managers focussed on UK, France & Spain and further strengthen and structure the collaboration with the TVH Sales network throughout EMEA.


- Partner and work in conjunction with the Client Experience team on developing opportunities and assist in deal conversion and delivery of our solutions to existing customers.
- Boost direct sales and scale up indirect sales by steering and supporting the marketing efforts for your region, structuring and personalizing the sales pitches and professionalizing dealer sales enablement.


- Actively develop global rollout opportunities with GemOne US Sales & CX teams.
Monitor competition by gathering market info on pricing, products and features.


- Actively provide market intelligence to product managers and development teams in order to stay ahead of the competition in functions, features and competitiveness.


- Ensure proper and timely entering of all opportunities in CRM in order to properly manage, monitor and report on the sales funnel across lead sources & owners
Requirements / Skills
- Master's degree or equivalent in experience.
- 8+ years' proven experience in new business development and consultative sales management in a B2B environment, of which at least 5 years' sales experience in solutions (preferably IoT) and/or material handling or heavy industry.
- A proven track record in providing exemplary customer service and consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills, data-driven, organized, result oriented and structured.
- Must demonstrate proficiency in reading, writing, and conversing with customers in English and at least 1 additional "main" language: French / German / Spanish / Dutch
- Demonstrates a proven track record in sales techniques including: cold calling, customer qualification and new customer acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
- Flexible international traveller
- Tech-savvy, good computer and technical skills (MS Office, G-suite, CRM, mobile applications,...).
