As a Parts & Service Coordinator with MH Equipment you will help to meet the parts needs of our customers and handle all administrative duties to complete the service estimates.

Job Responsibilities:

Dispatch road and shop technicians when Branch Manager is not available.
Route customer complaints to the correct person.
Open service and work orders in the computer.
Process time cards and invoice service jobs.
Maintain PM System.
Maintain the unit database for service jobs.
Maintain the filing of service tickets.
Keep accurate documentation for all work performed.
Responsible for researching, quoting and locating the best source and ordering parts to insure correct parts that will be delivered within time frame of the job requirements.
Responsible for entering parts on service jobs via computer system.
Responsible for insuring that the correct parts and correct quantity are ordered from the vendor.
Responsible for making sure that the parts arrive in a timely fashion according to urgency and timing of job completion.
Responsible for entering credit memos and ensuring that parts are returned if needed.
Responsible for input on parts inventory as pertains to which items to stock, quantity and location.
Assists at the back counter for parts required by customers.

Job Requirements:

Basic knowledge of a computer using Windows.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Mechanical knowledge required.
Must be able to operate a forklift or delivery vehicle in a safe manner.
Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.

Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:00 a.m. - 3:30p.m., Monday through Friday with some overtime required. This is an hourly position.
