Principal Duties/Responsibilities:
*Coordinate and process customer safety compliance requests, submissions, information, and reporting to keep MH in full compliance at all times.
*Work with Training staff to gather and produce weekly and/or monthly records and reports of all internal and external training efforts.
*Monitor and maintain DOT driver files to ensure our equipment and drivers are in full DOT compliance at all times.
*Review, track, and report on all online safety suggestions and formally recognize those sending suggestions.
*Monitor new technician onboarding, enroll them into our Service Academy, track and report on their progress.
*Administer the MH Professional Development program, including achievement awards and activity monitoring and reporting.
*Assist with various training and safety endeavors including course generation, video production, and meeting logistics.
*Remain flexible and willing to accept new assignments, functions, tasks as necessary.
*Travel to branches periodically and as appropriate for safety or training related events or functions.
Requirements / Skills

Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Occasional late hours or overnight travel may be required depending on company events, meetings, etc.
