Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the company's success by increasing sales and profits through new business development and/or growing organically existing key customers, developing relationships with key decision-makers.
• Proactively manage all aspects of new business development, including every step from lead generation through contract negotiation and account set-up.
• Prioritize daily activities in targeting key business development that will maximize the return on that investment (both time and money).
• Strategically review prospect lists to determine customer needs and volume potential.
• Evaluate customer objectives and provides solutions to generate additional sales.
• Must be creative and entrepreneurial as you set the plan for building our BEAST brand.
Requirements / Skills
• A highly motivated, self-starting individual who has proven successful experience of how to pursue and close new business development.
• High-energy, flexible, hands-on individual with an outgoing personality who can thrive in a small company environment and will do whatever it takes "to get it done". Positive attitude and self-motivated with a fun collaborative work style.
• A goal-oriented, focused individual who needs little direction or supervision on how to effectively build the brand.
• A highly organized person who stays on top of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal, including strong presentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
