MSI-Forks; a world leader in fork arm manufacturing is adding an Inside Sales Support/ Customer Service Representative to join our sales team. The position will provide support in all phases of the sales process. The position will help manage and provide superior customer support to our existing accounts, as well as identify, analyze and develop new business opportunities in the material handling equipment industry.
Candidates must be able to communicate well with customers, internal managers and co-workers at all levels. Candidates should also have the technical acumen to be able to learn and present technical products, processes and applications.
Summary:

• The position is responsible for maintaining and expanding our established base of accounts, as well as creating new customers by doing the following:
Requirements / Skills
Responsibilities include:
• Routinely call/follow-up on new and existing customers to discuss their needs, answer questions, and identify solutions
• Handle sales calls and emails inquires
• Provide quotes, process new orders and verify lead time requirements
• Emphasizing product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
• Coordinate with manufacturing and shipping departments to ensure product is produced to specifications and will meet required delivery dates.
• Developing new business opportunities while supporting existing customer needs
• Identify target prospects
• Turn prospects into customers.
• Assist in creating and developing marketing and promotional tools
• Achieve sales and gross profit goals
• Provide follow-up information
• Ability to create lasting customer relationships
Position Requirements:
• Strong communication and customer support
• Excellent negotiating skills to close sales
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP software (SAP, Epicor, etc.) a plus.
