As a Service Coordinator with MH Equipment, you will work closely with other individuals in the Operations, Sales, Service, Parts, Rental & Resale and Aftermarket Departments.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities:
•Open, close and review work orders for completeness and accuracy; transfer work order notes if necessary
•Process work orders, check for customer specifics, add notes, miscellaneous charges, send to parts, close work orders
•Compile and send monthly reports as required
•Strong typing skills
•Dispatch and cover overflow calls when necessary; enter dispatch information into log
•Adhere to all Company policies and work rules
•Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements / Skills
Job Requirements:
•Professional and courteous customer relations skills and phone etiquette
•Strong organizational and time management skills
•Ability to cope with pressure, multiple projects and frequent interruptions
•Knowledge of computer software such as Windows and Microsoft Office
•Proficient verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to work well with others in a team environment
•Regular and prompt attendance
•Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job

Working Conditions: Hours will be 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday with some overtime required.
