Forklift Service Technician - Full time

Cape Fear Lift Trucks is growing! We are seeking a knowledgeable customer focused forklift service technician to join our family. We specialize in Komatsu, Doosan, and Princeton forklift equipment but we service various makes and models of forklifts/aerial equipment. Our commitment is to provide the best products and services available to our customers with honesty and integrity.
Requirements / Skills
Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical problems on all makes of lift trucks/aerial equipment.
- Able to perform all assigned periodic maintenance on customer lift trucks.
- Able to complete all required paperwork after completion of each service job.
- Able to manage time. Strong sense of urgency a plus.
- Must own a comprehensive tool set.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

- High school diploma or equivalent. ASE certification a plus.
