Description
As a Dispatcher with MH Equipment, you will be responsible for dispatching the service technicians and handling all administrative duties to get the service orders opened and invoiced.

Job Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch road technicians.
Schedule work effectively to meet WIP standards.
Maintain customer communications.
Answer incoming calls from customers and technicians.
Enter and update dispatch calls into dispatch database program.
Maintain customer daily reports and PM logs.
Schedule LTM PM's.
Maintain PM system.
Manage third party invoicing.
Follow policies and procedures.
Requirements / Skills
Job Requirements:

Data entry skills.
Strong customer relation skills.
Ability to create and coordinate paperwork.
Strong organizing and time management skills.
Effective at delegating.
Strong desire to succeed in a long-term career opportunity.
Extensive knowledge of computer software like Windows and DOS.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
Regular and prompt attendance.
Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.

Working Conditions: Hours will be 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required. This is an hourly, non-exempt position
