The Demand Generation Manager will drive demand for our material handling and automation solutions through our sales team and digital marketing. They will be a revenue-centric marketer with seasoned skills in inbound and outbound marketing including content strategy, brand management, marketing automation, paid media, social media, analytics, web strategy, and user experience.

Develop and execute marketing plans to increase top funnel pipeline targets that will be executed by our sales team or through digital marketing.
Partner with sales to monitor lead flow process, review opportunities, and track demand generation goals to increase conversion rates and marketing-sourced revenue and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
Drive the vision and integrated strategy for growth marketing efforts across all digital touch points, including website, email, paid acquisition, SEO, retargeting and social marketing.
Own MH Equipment's digital user journeys by designing, implementing, and managing the end-to-end marketing journey across all digital channels.
Define and manage annual and quarterly digital KPIs that provide accurate and actionable insights for all digital marketing efforts and clearly demonstrate the ROI of major digital marketing initiatives.
Oversee project management for all campaigns to ensure timely execution across various stakeholders and teams.
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in marketing and digital marketing.
Support consistency in the Brand positioning and how this integrates with MH Equipment's goals & objectives. Maintaining alignment with the Brand Style requirements in all communications and related documentation.
Attend and participate in appropriate sales and marketing meetings.
Foster the enterprise culture throughout the office by being a positive role model for team; demonstrate and reinforce core values and cultural pillars.
Provide independent thinking, creativity in analyzing data and presenting compelling visuals.
Present a professional image in personal appearance, dress and preparation.
Requirements / Skills
Experience in marketing or selling equipment or related products.
4 years of experience in a marketing role or equivalent.
College degree preferred.
Good typing skills and good knowledge of the following software programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer. Adobe Suite experience preferred.
Salesforce experience a plus
Hard worker that is customer oriented.
Able to effectively communicate, self-starter, and work independently.
Must be accurate, have excellent follow through, analytical, creative, work well with others.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Working Conditions: Employee is expected to work forty hours per week plus whatever time is required to accomplish the goals of the position. This is a salaried, exempt position.
