Yale standup reach forklift NR045EB (2019) - Dead in "IGN" Position, Only Runs When Key Held in "ST" Position
Description
Model: 2019 Yale NR045EB Reach Truck
Serial/Model #: NR045EBNM36TE157
The Issue: My forklift will not power up when the key is turned to the standard "ON" (Position 1). The display stays dark and the contactors do not click. However, if I turn the key further into the Momentary/Spring position and keep physical pressure on it, the display lights up and the lift functions. As soon as I let go and the key springs back to Position 1, the lift shuts off completely.
Switch Wiring Details:
The switch is a 3-position, 3-wire setup:
Position 0 (OFF): Labeled as BATTERY.
Position 1 (ON): Labeled as IGN.
Spring Position: Labeled as ST and connected to its own separate wire.
What I have already done:
Replaced the Ignition Switch: Installed a brand-new switch, but the problem is identical.
Thank you in advance for any technical insights or wiring diagrams you can share to help me resolve this.
Also, if anyone has a service manual or wiring schematic for this NR045EB model and is willing to share, it would be a huge help for tracing this circuit.
