Discussion:
Working in the construction industry.

I'm still a student and I have an opportunity for an internship in a company. Pitfalls, advantages, lifehacks? Thanks a lot in advance!

Consider the impact of company size. Have you already had an interview with them? Don't be shy and ask them all the questions that seem important to you. It's critical to uncover how the company and your new manager treats employees, you can find connections on LinkedIn who work or have worked at this company and talk to them.

In such situations, I start googling the **** out of it. There are literally tons of information about how to choose an employer, dude, seriously.

I worked with Svaya, a Serbian company http://svaya-group.com/, so I have some experience and can answer your questions if you make them a bit more precise,

May I ask, what company it is? It would be easier to give a bit of advice.
