We have a Titangreen EP25K-LI lithium forklift with 80 hours.
It was working fine, then suddenly:
Lost all hydraulics (lift, tilt, side shift), lost power steering, forward and reverse still works
When you turn the key on and trying to lift:
You can hear it try to engage briefly
Then it throws code 27 and beeps 27 times
After that, hydraulics and steering are dead
The manual lists codes 1-25 and 29 and up, but no code 27
Also, it looks like Titangreen is no longer in business-phone number is disconnected.
Has anyone seen code 27 on these (or similar rebranded units)?
Any ideas what to check first-pump, contactor, fuse, controller, etc.?
Appreciate any help.

I can´t find a service manual for a switched reluctance motor controller. Sorry, i can´t help you
I was reading the service manual and it shows a motor controller that isn't from a well-known brand. It might be made by a Chinese manufacturer specifically for this forklift.
I'm waiting for photos (Pending approval), so I can, perhaps, help you.
Here is a close up picture of the tag on the motor if this helps to identify the controller.
The only thing I see on the controller is "SRM Controller Cyan Green Power". Let me know if this is what you are looking for or if there might be a label hidden somewhere else on the controller that I'm not seeing. I did remove the hydraulic pump from the motor and the motor still acts the same way without the pump so I brought the motor into an electric motor repair shop and they couldn't find anything wrong with the motor so it seams like it's a problem with the controller or maybe a sensor that feeds into the controller?
Hi, could you tell me wich brand and model are the motor controller? May i help you
Anyone??? Take it to the scrap yard?
