Check cooling Fan and make sure there nothing restricting the air flow through the regulators heat sink use air to blow off dust, make sure the fan operate for about 20 second after logging on.

Hi dang n
E71 is low output
Basically the current in any of the low outputs is higher than it is rated for, Normally this would relate to a short circuit..
Find the fault causing the increase in current (short circuit) to rectify the problem

My guess would be if there is a E97 temp problem caused by the cooling fan been inoperative then maybe the fan or feed wire is shorted which would cause both faults.
All thi bearing in mind the Drive or Pump motor Fuse hasnt blown...

Hope this helps

Have checked both cooling fan and temperature sensor of drive motor( 700 Ohm at 40 degree C) are OK!

pls notes at every early morning after switching ON/OFF approx. 20 times, some times the truck can run without E97 or E96.
