Lansing Bagnall
I have this scruffy Lansing Bagnall which runs very good but has been standing for about 7-8 years. There are no VIN or data plates on it, can anyone identify it and suggest a year of its manufacture please ?

Could be a Bonser 7, not 100%.

Looked up a Bonser 7 on the net but no joy. Some who called in the yard said it might be a FARO or FARRO. I have never heard of these but then again I am a bit new to these machines.

Could be a Lansing FODR 6. FODR stand for Forward, Ordinary, Diesel, Ride on. I think. If it is a gas truck could be FOGR 6. Late 70's early 80's.

Leon_W is right

Definitely an FODR (a very late one, 6 series maybe)
Definitely NOT a lansing/bonser 7 series
Built mid 70's to very early 80's
Perkins 4.203 engine? Think some of the later ones had a 4.108 like the 7 series.

Your welcome poppyjack, just take it easy with the old girl.
My old man was an engineer for lansing back when these were being made - the transmission was the weakest link apparently, couldn't quite stand up to the 4.203 perkins, treat it with some respect and it should be OK.
