Crown RR5700:
RR5715-40 Height sensor not reading in inches but will read counts

I have a unit not reading the height. I replaced the encoder due to the wheel being bent and it wasn't reading but now all it will read is the count but the height in inches won't change once it gets into second stage when it should start counting at 77"

Check the proximity switch top right of the outer mast section, opposite side to the encoder, held in place by two allen screws.
