Hi Keith,
You can get any info you need from Snorkel web site.
There are parts, service and tech bulletins on there.

Regards

Micky

yes most of the aerial lift mfg's have all their manuals posted online.
JLG, Genie, Snorkel, Skyjack, Upright etc etc

if you have no slow speed it may be a limit switch stuck on the mast or possibly there is a mode switch for stowed speed or all terrain speed?
If the drive pod does not have any variable speed and just goes wide open when you first move it then it may just be a bad controller in the joystick. But yes.... if there is a calibration mode you can run, try that first. If that doesn't work then you will be having to replace the joystick controller.

what is the model of this unit?
if you have any problems trying to calibrate it maybe we can help you with that. :o)

You've been swooped!
