So, I have this skyjack for a year, it's a 2011, and with all my knowledge, I failed to fill up the water in the batteries every now and then.
It worked great, and when I filled the batteries with water, it started to make issues :
A. It charges, but it doesn't show it charging, only 3 lights are blinking, but when it's done charging, the battery is full.
B. When the battery is half empty, the machine drives amazing, but to go up the motor (I opened to check), looks like it has a hard time to spin as it should, and make those lift caution noise, but it's a little horse, and not constant and straight sound.
I will probably replace the batteries, but is there anything else I need to know to prevent it from happening?
Thank you all in advance.

Sounds like the batteries are dropping off. This will cause all types of problems. If they went any length of time dry they are shot.

Thank you. I will replace them, see what happens.
Is there a chance the charger is bad?

No way to know until you plug it in and check output.
