To anyone in the forklift industry in Australia that has parts being repaired by Blackbox chances are you won't see them.

The business has been closed, not contactable by phone and emails bounce.

Our company has been waiting over 18 months for parts to be repaired ($12K paid in advance) not only have we lost over $12K but looks like we have lost all our parts.

Be very weary of a Man Named Christopher Ericksen if he turns up in the industry somewhere else.

Hi Eddy,

We were stung by this guy too. Fortunately our stuff was labelled, and the guy who owns the unit that Blackbox was renting from contacted us and we were able to get our parts back.

I don't want to post the guys number (or mine), but if you google welmec, give me a call and I'll give you his number. He tried his best to contact everyone, but a lot of the gear there was unmarked.

We got our controller back, but looks like he hasn't fixed it :-(

Regards,
Michael

Hi Michael,

Thanks for that.

I have since been able to contact the landlord and he has been very helpful and offered to send the parts back (he found them unrepaired also)

I can't believe how long someone can get away with running a fraudulent business in this country and then just leave.

I was a few weeks ago in New Zealand and there I heard about Chris Ericksen. He calls himself now Chris Green and is the manager of Centra Forklifts in Auckland, the official importers of Mitsubishi forklifts in New Zealand. The owners seem to know about him here but apparently they dont care. What would Mitsubishi themselves say if they would know who's running that shop?

He and his wife made a few videos on Youtube about how they had fun here, flying with a private plane and boating around all over the country.
