I'm trying to diagnose a code 29 on a Raymond Reach Truck model SA-CSR30t
Working from manual PDMM-0090 I'm directed to run among others, test I06 Armature Current Limit Signal.
But of course my manual is missing the page test I06 is detailed on, pg 6-237. Does anyone have an intact manual and could post that page here? Or know off the top of their head how test I06 is supposed to work?
I ran all the other recommend tests and everything else seems fine. I relearned the controls hoping the throttle pot was stuck or something, but nothing clears the code so far.
Thanks in advance.
***edit a few hours later
While running test O011 and obseriving LED 'IL2' I decided to pull and re-seat connection PS22, even though I have no idea if it's related to any of this or not. I had turned the key off while doing this, but neglected to pull the battery connection, and it blew fuse fu-17. For fun and games I also swapped out the VFC card for a known good one, and swapped circuit card part # 1018221.
After all that, it seems to have fixed itself and the code 29 went away.
Shrug.

I'm sure it could be on some models but on the SA-CSR the book says it's "No Movement detected when travel is requested"
Happens when all 4 of the following happen at the same time for more than 2 seconds.
-speed request from throttle greater than 25%
-velocity from speed feedback proc sensor is zero
-PWM command to power card & transistor greater than 50%
-no current limit detected from power card
All of the machines in my facility are 15+ plus years of age, and have been rode hard and put up wet, so to speak. It's not uncommon for codes to come and go randomly, I often have to clean things off, blow out dust, remove and reseat connections ect to separate transient errors from actual faulty hardware. But it's almost like fun.
At least the Raymonds give me codes I can usually look up. We have Jungheinrich's too and they keep their codes guarded closer than the CIA's satellite recon photos.
isnt code 29 the service reminder?
