Recently I quoted a company to supply 2 units of EX forklifts. However, within 10 days, I was instructed to change the terms of payment 4 times. I feel something is not right. I had walked away from this deal. Can a normal forklift mechanic or service engineer perform maintenance and service to EX forklifts?
