Skyjack 4620

I have a 1992 Sky jack II 4620. One of the drive wheels does not turn as fast as the other. It does not matter fast or slow. It is an older model so I don't think it is in the control box. Do the wheel motors (I know its not a motor) wear out or could it be something in the hydraulic line?

There's a couple different things it could be...usually bleed by in the motor itself...but has bypass and speed valves and solenoids...that can also cause issue...also have had oring pieces block flow inside the manifold
