I am currently overhauling the cooling and fuel systems on a 1990 Toyota 5-Series forklift (Model: 40-5FG15) and am struggling to find the correct factory workshop manual.

Model: 40-5FG15

Machine Specification...

- Engine: Toyota 4Y (4-cylinder, naturally aspirated)
- Fuel Type: Factory Dual Fuel (Aisin Petrol Carburetor baseline + LPG Regulator/Mixer)
- Configuration: Non-ECU variant (Purely mechanical ignition/fuel, traditional distributor vacuum advance, simple 12V fuel cut solenoids)
- Transmission: Hydraulic Wet Clutch system (Manual gear casing with oil-bathed clutch plates, foot-pedal hydraulic inching control)

The online copies I've found so far keep pointing me to the late-emissions supplement manuals that feature the closed-loop Electronic Control Unit (ECU) pulsed LPG injector setups.

My machine is entirely analog and does not have these electronics. I specifically need the original chassis/engine master manual sections covering the vacuum hose routing loops (manifold-to-lockoff and ported carburetor lines), the dual-fuel electrical switching/relay schematics, and the wet-clutch hydraulic circuit layout.

If anyone has the baseline Toyota 5FG/5FD Series Repair Manual (Publication No. CE001) or the non-emissions 4Y Engine Manual (CE602) as a PDF and could share the relevant sections or email a copy over, I would be incredibly grateful.
