S150a, need help with placement of 4 pointed washer

Hyster S150A Hyster S155SL/ B024D

Removed the master hydraulic lift cylinder for seal replacement, after getting it fully removed I found this 4 pointed washer sitting on the base plate of the master cylinder not sure where it came off of. The product number for the aftermarket part and name is hyster 0356505 washer - s. Need to know where this thing goes if anyone can help me with that

does it go in the fitting where the hydraulic pipe connects to the lift ram? its to slow oil flow down should the pipe burst i suspect.
