We have gone through all the different procedures. We know its not a motor issue because we transfered the cables lightwiring everything across with the traction motor and the the fault still persisted.

We know its not the main power board as we swapped it around with the traction.

We know its not the main PCb as we tried it on another truck and works and the one off the other trucks does not work on this truck.

We swapped the encoders twice, and even when we swapped it with the traction side the fault remained.

At this moment we are thinking something to do with the valve block as everything else seems ok, even the motor connected to the pump can be rotated so we dont think the pump is seized either.

The mechanical engineer is going to check the valve block next.
