I recently purchased a used Crown pallet jack WP3035-45 it worked fine for about a week then the code BD1 kept appearing even though I'd leave it charging overnight and would randomly not want to move only in one direction. I opened it up and it had Costco batteries not the Vforce so I'm assuming the guy changed them for those since they're cheaper. Could that be the issue? He said they're new and they have a sticker of 6/25 so I'm assuming he's telling the truth. No other codes show so I'm wondering if I should just buy new batteries for it. Help point me in the right direction please Crown doesn't really help even with the $300 to speak with a tech

Fact of the week
In March 2002, identical twins in Finland died on the same day in similar accidents within hours of each other. A 70-year-old man was killed by a truck while cycling; hours later, his twin brother was killed by a truck on the same road, about a mile away, before the family had been informed of the first accident.
