I checked the NR3500 documentation. Your truck is in the 4NR serial range and these machines use ZAPI AC controllers.

The service information I found shows the ZAPI pump controllers, but also specifies "communication through SICOS" for the handset settings.

So I don't think plugging the FC2110A directly into that service connector will necessarily power or communicate with the controller. You may be missing the correct CAT/ZAPI interface cable or adapter between the truck/SICOS diagnostic connector and the ZAPI handset.

Before changing any free-lift settings, I would first identify which ZAPI controller you need to access and verify the correct diagnostic cable/pinout for serial 4NR3936900.

If you can post a picture of the controller labels and the handset cable/connector you have, I may be able to identify the correct connection.
