Unicarrier forklift lpg no power to vcm fuse checked all fuses and relays replaced ignition nothing no power to display horn works that's it

Yes there is,I checked pretty much everyone I can find.when I put a jumper wire on the ign relay on the left side kick panel it will trigger all relays and run I swapped in a good ign relay still nothing.i did notice 2 relays under the cover by the steering wheel not 100% sure what they control

are there some small wires on the pos battery terminal, these are fuses.
