Discussion:
Need Help Identifying Part - Nissan Forklift M01 series

Looking for help identifying parts/part numbers for the mast. The lift is a '92 Nissan CUMO1L15S electric 48v lift. I'm told the mast is not original to the lift. I purchased a 1997 parts catalog to help identify the parts, but what I'm looking for is not listed.

The hose pulleys need to be replaced from being hit multiple times on bay door openings. The pulley is approximately 4" OD / 1" ID / 3/4" Width.

I'm also trying to identify the tensioners. I would like to replace these as well. They are typically attached to the chain pulleys with two bolts. Unfortunately after being hit numerous times both have a broken bolt in each chain pulley. I'll have to pull those off and extract them somehow.

Our lift service company wants to take the lift in and give us a rental in order to have the work done. I feel like it's something that I can do once I have the parts.

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome. Thank you for any help.

Look on mast either on side of upright channels or top of mast there should be a number that identifies the height and model number once you get that you can get parts
