Heli power jack will not lift Found had broken wires at handle pivot. Replaced wires, now won't drive led flashes 12 or 21

I would double check the wiring in the handle again. When wires break at the pivot point there is often more damage further up the harness. If the LED shows 12 or 21 it usually indicates an input problem, so the throttle or direction wires might still be crossed or partially broken.
Good afternoon Cam,
The CBD15J-LI3 uses a Curtis handset#1313K- 4331 with an adapter wire to connect to the DC controller. By the sounds of it I would guess you have some wires pulled out of a connector or possibly crossed some of the wires. What I was going to suggest is to check the inputs and outputs to the controller Via the curtis controller. I think you may have the throttle wires crossed. 1311-1Heli CBD15J, configuration number 113. We have Curtis 1311-1101 hand set.
Could you please provide the full model number including the configuration number? Should be something like CBD15J-LI3. Also do you have access to a Curtis handset?
