G'day, I need to change some load wheels on Linde series 115 R14 and R16 and I am having some difficulty with the slotted ring nut. There is a special service tool P/N 000 941 8001 for the nut, but Linde say that this is not a valid part number and that they don't have a tool for the ring nut.
Has anyone got any idea where I can buy one of these? I also have the R20, which uses P/N 002 941 8008, which I likewise can't find, but I don't need to change any wheels on these just yet.

Tvh shows your second part number as a socket for a km9 nut. You can buy them individually. I think your first part number is incorrect. It's probably similar but different sized socket.
Many thanks, Andrew. They might well look like that - unlike most service manuals, Linde don't provide pictures of the special tools, in this instance. $340 is a bit pricey, I might go back to plan A, machining a suitable socket.
